About the service
Due to our many years of experience in the manufacture of various types of heating elements, we are in a position to offer you the regeneration of high power heating sets and ceramic heaters. The regeneration of a heater or a heating set is worth considering when it is no longer possible to purchase a new heating element (the manufacturer has stopped production) or when the cost of purchasing a new heater is significant. It case of expensive heaters and heating sets, regeneration is often the most cost-effective solution. The regeneration service always involves two stages:
- EVALUATION - detection of currently damaged parts and evaluation of other part degradation level, allowing to estimate a lead time and costs
- REGENERATION - replacement of damaged components with new ones and restoration of the original parameters of the regenerated component
If you are interested in regenerating a heating element you own, please contact our sales engineers in advance - in this case, we suggest contact by e-mail, attaching photos of the element you wish to regenerate. Once we have received the photos and the parameters, our engineers will let you know if it is possible to regenerate your heating element and, if so, will ask you to send us the physical element for a quotation.
