Micanite heaters are used to plastify plastics and heat some sections of industrial installations. They are dedicated to heating round surfaces, heating plates as well as other surfaces of various shapes. In mikanite heaters, the wire or resistance strip is wrapped on a mikanite insulator, and the cover is made of stainless steel.
Micanite heaters are used in plastics production as heaters for injection molding machines.
Band heaters
The most common form of micanite heater is the band heater. Banded heaters are used to heat sections and components of circular and oval industrial installations such as pipes of all kinds. They are used both for heating liquids flowing in pipes and for plasticizing rubber and plastics. They are used in extruders, injection molding machines and packaging machines.
Band heaters also come in the form of ceramic heaters.

- for cables, please specify minimum length
