About the product
Heaters in heads with inch threads and mounting flanges are used for heating various types of liquids - most often water, oil or glycol. Screw-in heads with inch threads, in which the heaters are soldered, are made of brass or stainless steel (depending on the medium they are intended to heat). The following inch heads are used as standard (others can be made to order):
- G 5/4" (1 1/4")
- G 6/4" (1 1/2")
- G 2"
- G 3/2" (2 1/2")
In addition to heating units in inch heads, it is possible to mount heaters in various types of flanges, orifices or flanges on request.

Cork heaters for various applications
Tubular heating sets in screw plugs, or inch heads, are designed for operation submerged in liquids - most often water. Tubular heaters in heads are used both for heating water in central heating and DHW boilers, as heaters for boilers, but also as flow heaters in heat pumps and industrial installations. Heater sets come in parallel, star or triangle connected form.
In addition to the above, plug-in heaters are also used in steam generators, but also for heating liquids other than water, such as oil or glycol.
Inch screw plug heaters K7 terminal box
We can equip our heating units with various types of electrical connection covers. One of them, for example, is the K7T or K7E (with electronic control) terminal box. K7 terminal box can be used for screw-in heads with G1 1/4“, G1 1/2” and G2“ and G2 1/2” threads.
