In accordance with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Supply and Sale (GTCS), the Buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data by Termorad Sp. z o.o. and by entities acting on behalf of Termorad Sp. z o.o. in Poland and abroad in connection with the performance of sales contracts of goods offered by Termorad Sp. z o.o. and for marketing purposes related to Termorad Sp. z o.o. business activity.

The Buyer shall be entitled to all rights under the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Polish Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883 as amended), in particular he shall have the right to inspect his own data. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the principles of Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
